Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada and the US. Kindly note that ALL cross-border shipments are sent by priority mail and require a signature at the time of delivery. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Additionally, please note that we are working to expand our delivery services to other countries worldwide. If you are interested in purchasing something from us but do not live in Canada or the US, please send us an email to email@example.com or a DM to @sparkle.mtl.xo on Instagram and we will happily look into the shipping options for you!

The processing time is 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by HoneySparkle or our shipping partners.
As soon as your product ships, you will receive an email notifying you of all tracking information. This will help you keep tabs on where your package is at all times.
Orders placed after 17h00 Friday or over the weekend will only be processed on the following Monday and be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard Delivery: 1-5 Business Days
International Delivery: 2-10 Business Days
Local Delivery: 24-72 Hours
Canadian orders over $75 = FREE Shipping
Canadian orders under $75 and International orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.
International duty and taxes might be applied depending on your country's tax policy. Customs fees are calculated based on a percentage of the total value of purchased goods.
We ask for your patience with carriers as they are dealing with a surge of high volume during this unprecedented time.
What is your refund & return policy?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Teeth Whitening ProductsCosmetic ProductsSkincare Products
Additional non-returnable items:

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of any defects. When sending your email, please include your order# as well as your full name for better assistance. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once the return is received and processed, we will send you a new replacement free of charge. Any returned item MUST include ALL original parts and packaging.
Can I request an address change once my order is fulfilled?
For security purposes, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed.
Does Honey Sparkle have a physical store that I can visit?
No, as of now, we are strictly an e-commerce business. All items are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Montreal, Quebec.
