    While our full range of products is available exclusively online, we offer a small selection for purchase at our studio for customers who have booked appointments with us. For the widest variety and the convenience of shopping from home, we highly recommend visiting our online store.   • Does Honey Sparkle ship internationally?
    Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. To view available shipping options and costs, please check the details at checkout.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. Shipping times vary based on location, shipping method, and other factors. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Honey Sparkle or our shipping partners. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Can I cancel or change the delivery address for my order?
    If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation or update your delivery address. To do so, please email us at info@honeysparkle.com with your order number for assistance. Please note that any address changes may be subject to additional delivery or handling fees. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. For further inquiries, please refer to our refund policy.
  • What is your return policy?
    For the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased products unless they are defective. Any product intended for direct contact with the body or bodily fluids is non-returnable and cannot be resold. For hygiene and safety reasons, once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and ineligible for return. This policy applies if the security seal has been opened or tampered with. Non-Returnable Items Include, but Are Not Limited To: Teeth Whitening Products Cosmetic Products Skincare Products Gift Cards If you receive a defective item, please contact us for assistance.
  • My item is defective, what's next?
    If you receive a defective item within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same product. To request a replacement, please email us at info@honeysparkle.com with your order number, full name, and photos or videos clearly showing the defect. Once our team confirms the issue, we will provide you with a Canada Post return label to send the item back to us. After we receive and process your return (please allow up to 1 week), we will send you a new replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure that all original parts and packaging are included with the returned item.
