DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
We currently only ship to Canada and the US. Kindly note that ALL cross-border shipments are sent by priority mail and require a signature at the time of delivery. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Additionally, please note that we are working to expand our delivery services to other countries worldwide. If you are interested in purchasing something from us but do not live in Canada or the US, please send us an email to info@honeysparkle.com or a DM to @sparkle.mtl.xo on Instagram and we will happily look into the shipping options for you!
(Please note, due to Covid-19 shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
The processing time is 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Honey Sparkle or our shipping partners.
As soon as your product ships, you will receive an email notifying you of all tracking information. This will help you keep tabs on where your package is at all times.
Orders placed after 17h00 Friday or over the weekend will only be processed on the following Monday and be shipped within 1-2 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Teeth Whitening Products
- Cosmetic Products
- Skincare Products
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us by emailing info@honeysparkle.com to advise of any defects. When sending your email, please include your order# as well as your full name for better assistance. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once the return is received and processed, we will send you a new replacement free of charge. Any returned item MUST include ALL original parts and packaging.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR MAKE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS
For security purposes, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service email: info@honeysparkle.com with your order #, for assistance. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.
DOES HONEY SPARKLE HAVE A STORE THAT I CAN VISIT
No. We an e-commerce business only. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse.
